Rural Planning and Development
Rural Planning and Development at the University of Guelph is one of Canada's leading centres for the study of rural issues. With Canadian and International streams of study, the program is involved with rural development issues both within Canada and the rest of the world. The central objective is the generation of knowledge and the development of the planning practice to advance the welfare and integrity of rural communities and rural environments.

• The Research and Practice tab is under development. It will contain a listing of current projects and related information that are in practice by the faculty, students and alumni. PDF versions of selected publications will soon be available.
• A section of Links with rural themes provides access to web sites of interest to Rural Planning and Development.
