Conceptualized Reference Database for Building Envelope Research (CRDBER)
This site collects selected scientific publications and resource in the areas related to current building envelope research, and presents them in a structured format.
air barriers, building, Building envelopes, cladding, climate, insulation, leaky condos, moisture, mould, sustainability., ventilation, walls, wood-frame
This site contains a large database of more than 2,100 scientific publications that cover a wide spectrum of topics related to building envelopes, such as sustainability and renewable resources, experiments and simulations, thermal analysis and hygrothermal models, fungi and molds, etc. Each publication is presented with citation, abstract, related web site and possible online download.
In addition, the database also includes an extensive subject index (called "concepts") and large collection of pertinent web resources (called "essays") in forms for web sites, journal descriptions, excerpts of articles, and links to other web-based publication sites. The triads of references, concepts and essays are well linked for ease of use.
Additional features make the site easy to use. The top bar provides quick links to major indices. Reference by the same author lists all references in the database of the authors of the paper. Searching is provided through an external web service. The database consists of bibliographic citations with PDF links to abstracts. Free.
