Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations
The Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations - Fédération canadienne des associations de propriétaires immobiliers (“CFAA-FCAPI”) represents the owners and managers of more than one million residential rental suites in Canada, through 17 organizations across Canada. In existence since 1995, CFAA-FCAPI is the sole national organization representing the interests of Canada's $37 billion rental housing industry, which houses almost four million Canadian households.
CFAA-FCAPI provides a voice for the residential rental industry, advocating the interests of the industry to the Federal Government of Canada. They believe that a healthy rental market contributes greatly to Canada’s well-being and economic prosperity and that the policies they advocate will benefit landlords, tenants and taxpayers.
