Objectifs/pôle d’intérêt/mandat/mission: 

To acquaint students with the theory and practice of planning, and to provide them with professional planning education. Addresses major community planning issues in Canadian urban and rural environments. RUP encompasses the relationship of urban design with trends in social thought and cultural patterns and employs data and statistical information in tackling planning problems.

Associés/partenaires/autres disciplines : 

An interdisciplinary program of study combining components of geography, agriculture, economics, civil engineering, sociology and political studies. There are four parent disciplines: geography, sociology, political studies and economics.
