Canadian Urban Policy Archive

The Canadian Urban Policy History Archive is an initiative of the Centre for Urban and Community Studies. The Archive contains out-of-print and difficult to find urban planning and housing documents from the twentieth century. It is intended to be helpful to researchers and students. An abstract of each document is provided together with a PDF with the document.

The Archive is organized chronologically and divided into two parts. One has a focus on urbanization, community planning, zoning and urban affairs in Canada. The other has a focus on Canadian housing issues and policy debates, including poverty and homelessness. In cases where a document covers both topics, it is listed in both sections.
