Prince Edward Island Government Services Library

Prince Edward Island Government Services Library

The Government Services Library is both a special library and a public library. Its primary role is as a special library providing services to employees of the provincial government. As well, as part of the P.E.I. Provincial Library Service, the library is open to the public. The resources and services centre on the needs of provincial government employees; therefore, the collection is strongest in the areas of public administration and management. Among the services offered by the library are reference (either through in-person, telephone, mail, email or fax), interlibrary loan, circulation of books, and advisory services.
