City of Montreal – Master Plan documents
This website includes a complete and updated version of the master plan for the City of Montreal. The analyses, studies and other preparatory documents used in developing the Master Plan are also available at this site.
The master plan presents a planning and development vision for the city, as well as measures for implementing the goals and objectives resulting from that vision. The master plan (by-law 04-047) was adopted by City Council on November 23, 2004 and came into force on December 10, 2004.

This repository displays Montreal’s master plan broken down into four parts:
Part I - City-wide issues, Part II - Borough documents, Part III - The role and scope of the complementary documents, Part IV – Special planning programs, appendices and maps.
The implementation progress of Montréal's master plan is the object of a report which includes a set of indicators. This report and these indicators which are updated frequently, are available in the Related Documents section.
Other sections of the website provide links to recent modifications, related documents and a glossary.

Note: The master plan is available in English. However, documents that are related to the master plan are only available in French.
