Canadian Social Research – Homelessness and Housing
This is a personal website of Gilles Séguin, a retired federal government employee whose background is in welfare programs in Canada, with a focus on the field of provincial and territorial social assistance programs. The original goal of his site was to share his collection of bookmarks with others in the social research community - in government, non-governmental organizations and academia. This has expanded to include anyone with an interest in these topics. This section of the site focuses on Homelessness and Housing.
