The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is one of Canada's largest single-industry trade associations, representing more than 94,000 real estate Brokers/agents and salespeople working through more than 100 real estate Boards and Associations.
CREA's primary mission is to represent its members at the federal level of government and to act as a watchdog on national legislation that pertains to the real estate industry.

The MLS Statistics menu covers unit sales, dollar volumes, average price, and new listings.
The CREA stats site can be reached by clicking on the News and Stats section, then on News Releases on the left hand menu, where one can click on the following reference: “Our latest news release dealing with MLS® sales statistics is available here”.
