The Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ) is responsable for overseeing real estate brokerage in Québec. Its mission is to protect the public by supervising the professional activities of all real estate brokers and agents practicing in Québec, in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

8. Membership Register: Contains the list of all real estate brokers and agents licensed to practice in Québec. The register enables you to display a list of brokers for a given city, their contact information and that of their agents, and also to check their credentials.

9. Info-ACAIQ Newsletter: Info-ACAIQ is the publication for real estate brokerage professionals in Québec. It highlights various subjects concerning the application of the Real Estate Brokerage Act, the regulations governing the profession and the real estate market in general. It also deals with legal and ethical issues related to the practice of real estate brokerage. Issues dating back to 2002 are found here.
